Weantinoge Heritage Land Trust, which serves Greater New Milford, will hold its annual member meeting and holiday party Dec. 8.
The event, which is free and open to the public, will take place at the Kent Community House, 93 North Main St.
The meeting will run from 3 to 4 p.m. The holiday party will run from 4 to 6 p.m.
The public is invited.
The program will include Weantinoge’s role as a regional conservation leader, volunteer recognition, important 2018 land acquisitions, partnership work with peer organizations, and role in helping establish the Berkshire Wildlife Linkage spanning from the Hudson Highlands of New York to the Green Mountains of Vermont.
Guests are encouraged to participate in a question and answer session at the end of the presentation
Light fare, refreshments, and holiday music will be offered at the holiday party.
